Oopbuy inspection results and return requests

Oopbuy QC photos and inspection notes show the item received at the warehouse. Compare it with your order, ask for a closer view if needed, and resolve any return or exchange before shipping.

What to look for in QC photos

  • Match the color, quantity and visible specifications with the seller listing and selected option.
  • Look at size tags, labels, logos or print placement, stitching, surfaces and obvious defects.
  • Inspect the packaging and seals for damage visible on arrival.

When a closer view would help

  • A ruler beside the item can show a garment measurement or the length of a specific part.
  • A close-up of a label, seam or side panel may answer a question the overview photo leaves open.
  • Keep your selected option and seller photos alongside the warehouse images for comparison.

Start with an overall view, then zoom in on the detail that concerns you. For example, a loose seam needs a close-up; a missing accessory needs a photo of everything received.

Photos show visible condition. They cannot establish authenticity, hidden construction, electronic performance or long-term durability.

Keep it, exchange it or request a return

For eligible returns and exchanges, Oopbuy describes a five-day (120-hour) request window after the item is stocked in the warehouse. Seller agreement and item condition also matter, so raise a specific issue promptly.

1. Describe the problem

Point out the difference from your order: the wrong color, a different size tag, misplaced print, missing items or visible damage. Attach the image that shows it most clearly.

2. Fill any gaps in the photos

If an extra-photo option is available, request the angle or measurement that would settle your question. A clear photo of the wrong size tag, for example, may already be enough to explain a mismatch.

3. Submit the request or keep the item

Keep tags and packaging intact while asking whether the seller will accept a return or exchange. If you keep the item, use its weight and packaging size for parcel planning.

Photos and details for a return request

Show what you ordered, what arrived and when you noticed the problem. The most useful details depend on the issue.

Extra photo or measurement

Ask for a specific view: the garment laid flat beside a ruler, the size tag, a logo or print, a seam, a damaged corner, a seal, or all the contents together.

Packaging and return timing

Note the date the item entered storage and the date you sent the request. Keep the seller response with those dates, especially if you are waiting for a reply close to the return deadline.

Damage, refunds and protection

Some shopping-agent guides also cover optional protection, compensation, refunds and claims. For a damaged, missing or incorrect item, keep photos, the order and parcel numbers, and any carrier report. If you bought protection, include its coverage details with the claim.

Follow the request through to a decision

Keep the request number and seller replies until you receive a decision. For an exchange, record the replacement option; for a return, keep the return shipment details and any refund confirmation.

Before shipping

Resolve item issues and return questions while the goods are still at the warehouse.

After shipping
