01Seller delivery to the warehouse
Open your Oopbuy order to see whether the seller has shipped. If a domestic tracking number is available, follow it to warehouse delivery; receipt and warehouse inspection are separate steps.
If tracking shows delivery but the item is absent from your warehouse list, send support the domestic tracking number, delivery time and order number so they can locate it.
If the color, size, version or quantity differs from your request, include your selected option and seller link in your message to support. The product link guide explains how to identify the exact item and option.
02Items at the warehouse
Note when each item entered storage. Oopbuy describes storage of up to 90 days for regular goods and 30 days for unidentified or abnormal parcels.
If an item is unavailable for shipping, look for a pending inspection, return request or warehouse notice. Before consolidation, make sure the items are ready to ship and eligible for the same line.
For unidentified or abnormal goods, give support the domestic tracking number, seller name, expected contents and delivery date. Ask whether the parcel has been matched to your order and what still needs to be resolved before it can ship.
For a visible mismatch or extra photos, see QC photos and return requests before arranging shipping.
03International parcel and tracking
Oopbuy gives the tracking path as Person Center → Parcel → Tracking Details. Common carrier messages include “information received” when shipment details have been registered, “in transit” during transport, and pickup or delivery updates near arrival.
If tracking has stopped updating, note the last scan and compare the elapsed time with the estimated delivery window. Customs processing, a carrier handoff or a route change are possible explanations. Ask support about the specific event and include the parcel number and tracking history.
If the issue involves customs or a route change, compare the latest carrier message with your selected shipping line and the destination's requirements.
04After delivery or a damaged parcel
For a missing, damaged or incorrect item, keep the outer packaging, shipping label, photos taken during unpacking and the carrier delivery record. Match the contents to the items in your parcel.
List what was expected and what arrived, with quantities and photos of any damage. Include when you noticed the problem and any delivery note from the carrier.
Send the timeline and photos to after-sales support or the carrier, as appropriate. If you selected insurance or optional protection, include its details and follow the claim instructions. The evidence and applicable terms determine whether a refund or compensation is available.
